Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and other legal employers.

• Identify and attract high-quality legal professionals through various sourcing strategies, including networking, headhunting, and job boards.

• Conduct candidate interviews, assessing qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.

• Manage client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

• Negotiate salary packages and employment terms between clients and candidates.

• Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.

• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.​

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in legal recruitment, legal practice, or professional services recruitment is highly desirable.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the legal industry.

• A proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Able to work independently and as part of our team.
